Shipping policy

Due to the ongoing increase in shipping costs, we at Navy, have been reluctant to increase shipping fees. Unfortunately, we can no longer continue our flat rate shipping fees. Therefore our new shipping prices are based on weights. These standard shipping is based on weight on order within the USA will be as follows:

 

 

$7.99 on orders from 0 oz to 16.99 oz

$8.99 on orders from 17 oz to 32.99 oz

$10.99 on orders from 33 oz to 48.99 oz

$12.99 on orders from 49 oz and over

 

 

Canadian shipments will be sent Canada Post for a flat rate of $21.99 USD.

All International Shipping will have rates dictated by the selected carrier: DHL, UPS

 

FULFILLMENT TIMELINES:

Due to high volume of orders at our fulfillment center, fulfillment of orders will occur within 5 to 7 business days from the date order is placed. We do not have weekend shipping. If order is placed on the weekend or a holiday, the fulfillment timeline will start on the first business day following the order date. All Pre-Ordered items must be paid in full to secure the orders place in the queue when the item is released or restocked.

 

 

PARTIAL SHIPMENTS:

We apologize for any inconvenience on the delay of you receiving your order. Due to the ever increasing cost of shipping, in order to keep our shipping fees the lowest in the market we have discontinued partial shipments of orders so we can provide larger discounts on products. Purchase of a products that is either on Presale or if there is an unforseen delay with restocking products, will cause a delay the shipment of your order. 

 

OUR POLICY IS TO HOLD THE ENTIRE ORDER UNTIL WE CAN SHIP IN FULL.
