Refund policy
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We stand behind our products and quality controls. If you are not satisfied with your NAVY Hair Care product you purchased from our website or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a replacement product or a refund within 15 days of the date of purchase. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Satisfaction Guarantee (“Guarantee”) is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.
How To Claim the Guarantee
To submit a Guarantee request, please contact sos@navyhaircare.com with the following information: (1) product subject to claim, (2) reason for dissatisfaction, (3) place and date of purchase, (4) proof of purchase, and (5) pictures of the product. In certain instances, you may also be asked to provide other information to assist us in processing your request. You must submit your guaranteed request within 15 days of the date of purchase.
Guarantee Guidelines
We reserve the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where we conclude that the purchaser has abused the Guarantee. We may amend or terminate the Guarantee at any time without notice.

Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy for items purchased from navyhaircare.com, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sos@navyhaircare.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label for a cost of $9 dollars to be deducted from the refund total, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refundable items are ONLY product costs and taxes; any shipping cost or shipping insurance costs are non-refundable. ALL REFUNDS ARE ISSUED THE THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Used products are not eligible for refunds. Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit.
Products Purchased Elsewhere
Only products purchased from our website will be accepted under our Refund Policy. If you purchased from another retailer, please contact your place of purchase for a refund or exchange, according to that retailer’s return policy.
